Cooperative Home Care is seeking an experienced and motivated RN Case Manager to provide clinical oversight and leadership for our In-Home Care and Private Duty Nursing programs. Salary Range: $70,000 to $85,000

Duties

• Perform supervisory visits on LPN’s and aides


• Perform med setups, general health evaluations, and other In-home nursing visits


• Train PDN nurses on proper care techniques and charting in the home and office


• Teach CPR, L1ma, and other training classes in office. We will pay you to become an instructor


• Complete necessary clinical documentation related to patient care

Requirements

• Valid RN license


• Previous Ventilator, Trach, and G-tube experience, preferably with pediatrics


• Willing to drive anywhere in the St. Louis metro area


• Willing to perform the occasional after hours or weekend training shift
