• Provide comprehensive and compassionate care and treatments to residents and patients
• Ability and desire to lead and inspire a team of nursing staff
• Must be able to delegate and multi-task
• Collaborate with IDT regularly and effectively
• Educate and update residents and patients on medical treatments

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of MN
• CPR certified
• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Previous Case Management experience preferred
• Familiarity with new medical software and equipment
• Ability to build rapport with staff, residents, and families
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• No rotating shifts, only 1-2 holidays per year, and every 6th weekend.
