  Give hands-on care in people’s homes

  Do full assessments – physical and psychosocial

  Teach patients and families about care plans

  Team up with PTs, OTs, LPNs, and social workers

  
  


• 
  

  Stay sharp with documentation – OASIS, admissions, recerts, etc.

  
  


• 
  

  Show up for team meetings and case conferences

  
  

• 
  

  Active RN license in Virginia

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of nursing experience (home health is a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  CPR certified

  
  


• 
  

  Clean background check

  
  


• 
  

  Driver’s license, reliable car, and solid references

  
  

• 
  

  Pay: $72K–$83K/year (Full-Time)

  
  


• 
  

  Schedule options: Full-Time or PRN

  
  


• 
  

  Reimbursements: Mileage, tolls, tech (up to $300 every 2 yrs), phone & internet

  
  


• 
  

  Time Off: PTO + sick leave rollover
