We’re hiring an RN to provide in-home hospice visits across the Kingsville area. You don’t need to live in Kingsville—but you do need to be available for daily visits throughout the region. This office has been serving the community for 8+ years and is part of one of the most respected hospice agencies in the country. The team’s solid. The systems are in place. Now they need the right nurse to keep it all moving.

  Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the field

  Work with doctors, aides, social workers, and chaplains

  Talk directly with families—be clear, calm, and steady

  
  


• 
  

  Document visits accurately and on time

  
  


• 
  

  Rotate through paid on-call shifts and cover after-hours visits when needed

  
  


• 
  

  Provide care patients and families can count on

  
  

• 
  

  Active RN license in Texas

  
  


• 
  

  Hospice experience is helpful—not required (training available)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong clinical skills and confidence working solo

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable, compassionate, and clear-headed under pressure

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to travel across the Kingsville area daily

  
  


• 
  

  Open to joining the on-call rotation and handling urgent visits

  
  

• 
  

  $75,000 to $85,000 base salary, depending on experience

  
  


• 
  

  Extra pay for on-call coverage and after-hours visits
