BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN required) to join our Wyomissing, PA Pediatrics and Adults home care office. This office provides best in class home care to clients throughout Wyomissing, PA and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a Clinical RN Manager:

•  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.


•  Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Wyomissing, PA and other surrounding areas.


•  Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.


•  Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
  


•  Facilitate new hire orientation.
  


•  Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
  

Qualifications for a Clinical RN Manager:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
  


• Supervisory experience preferred.
