RN - Case Manager - Travel - Days - San Pedro, CA

24-Hour Medical Staffing Services, LLC is hiring an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team of healthcare professionals.

Job Overview:

• Job Title: Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: San Pedro, California
• Type of Assignment: Contract (13 weeks)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift:
  • 5x8 Hours, 40 hours per week
• • Weekend Requirements: work a minimum of 4 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.
• Shift Hours: 08:00 - 16:30
• Pay Rate: $2,400 - $2,600 per week

Qualifications:

• Valid California License
• BLS Certification (must be through American Heart Association - AHA)
• Minimum 2-year recent experience as a Care Coordination, Discharge Planning, Admission Criteria (InterQual, and Epic in an acute care hospital
• Must have travel experience but will consider first time traveler
• Patient Diagnoses: Must have MS, MS/tele, ICU and some ER
• Case Load up to 15 patients on weekdays and can be higher on weekends depending on census
