Nurse Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation

Flagstaff, AZ | $78,000–$95,000 | No Bedside | No Weekends | No On-Call

ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, or Neuro RNs — ready for a change?

If you thrive in fast-paced, critical thinking environments but want better work-life balance, this role lets you use your clinical judgment in a consultative, non-treatment setting.

We’re hiring an RN to support injured workers through evaluations and care coordination — no direct patient care, no shift work, no weekends.

What You’ll Need:

Active RN (ASN or higher)
Acute care experience (ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, Neuro strongly preferred)
Ability to travel locally in the Flagstaff area
Workers’ Comp experience and Spanish a plus
