Urgent Care (Argyros)Job Objective:
Supervises and coordinates the daily operations of the Urgent Care Clinics for assigned shifts, including daily staffing assignments and coordination of department resources. Responsible for coordinating and supervising nursing staff and Medical Assistants. Monitors the performance of competency, gives verbal and written input for annual performance evaluations, as well as assisting the manager regarding the compliance of policies and procedures. Functions as a liaison for medical staff and other customers for the manager when not present. Contributes to the development of policies and procedures, performance improvement plans. Responsible for general oversight of staff orientation and development; optimal provision of quality patient care.Job Description:
Education:
Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s degree in Nursing
Licensure/Certification:
Required: California Registered Nurse (RN) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association (AHA)
Experience:
Required: Two (2) years of clinical RN experience
