RN, Charge - PRN Night Shift

Are you an experienced and engaging RN Charge looking for a flexible opportunity? Yoakum Community Hospital is currently hiring a PRN Night Shift RN Charge to join our team. As an RN Charge, you will work under the direction of the Department Director and Chief Nursing Officer, providing safe and effective clinical care using the nursing process. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in patient assessment, response, and documentation. Additionally, you will develop administrative skills to ensure safe patient care, effective communication, and activities that enhance unit efficiency. Seeking guidance from supervisors and peers as needed, you will support and contribute to our Quality Assurance Program. To qualify for the PRN Night Shift RN Charge position at Yoakum Community Hospital, you must meet the following requirements: be a graduate of an approved school of professional nursing, currently licensed by the Texas Board of Nursing as a registered nurse, hold CPR, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC & TNCC certifications, and have a minimum of one year of experience preferred.
