RN Clinical Manager | Aesthetics and Wellness

Are you a Registered Nurse (RN) with leadership experience and a passion for aesthetics and wellness? Join our client's dynamic team as an Aesthetics Clinical Manager, where you'll oversee clinical operations, staff development, and innovative treatments in a supportive and professional environment.

• Recruit, train, and manage clinical staff.
• Develop and implement clinic policies and protocols.
• Manage budgets and drive operational improvements.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, and patient flow.
• Provide direct treatments, including medical weight loss, IV therapy, and hormone replacement therapy.
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and best practices.
• Familiarity with ICD-10 codes and utilization review processes.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum 3 years in a clinical environment.
• At least 1 year in aesthetics, wellness, or primary care.
• Proven management experience (minimum 1 year).
• Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage clinical operations efficiently.

• Salary: $65,000–$75,000+ annually.
• PTO: Starts at 16 days/year.
