RN Clinical Manager, Bilingual

Elizabeth, NJ | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus

BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager who is bilingual in Spanish to lead our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This office provides best-in-class care to clients of all ages throughout Union County.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, inspire, and support field staff to deliver exceptional care


• Provide clinical oversight for Assistive Care State Programs clients throughout Union County


• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans


• Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field


• Facilitate orientation for newly hired staff


• Complete competency assessments for new and tenured employees


• Partner with office leadership to support quality, compliance, and continuity of care


• Help ensure care delivery aligns with state program requirements and client needs

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license


• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience


• Bilingual in Spanish required


• Home care or supervisory experience preferred


• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills


• Passion for supporting clients and caregivers in the home setting

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time, exempt position


• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm


• Combination of office-based leadership and field-based client visits


• Occasional travel for client visits, meetings, and community engagement
