As our Clinical Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our patient-centered rehab care, guiding an extraordinary team of therapists, nurses, and support staff to provide top-tier recovery programs for patients who have experienced surgery, illness, or injury. You’ll lead with purpose, creating a supportive environment that fosters clinical excellence and ensures the best possible outcomes for our patients.

What You’ll Do:

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• A Proven Leader: Previous experience managing a rehab or clinical team in a post-acute care setting is highly preferred.
• Compassionate Caregiver: A passion for improving lives and making a real difference in patients’ recovery journeys.
• Exceptional Communicator: You know how to build relationships with staff, patients, and families and maintain clear, open      communication at all times.
• Organizational Guru: You’re detail-oriented and skilled in managing multiple priorities while keeping patient care at the      forefront.
• Clinical Expertise: A background in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or nursing, along with knowledge of post-acute care rehab programs, is ideal.
