Job Description
RN with active license in the state where work is being performed. Responsible for all functions in the Anti-Coagulation Clinic (ACC) under the direct supervision of the ACC pharmacist.

Assists with daily patient flow and clinic activities.

Performs nursing assessment, planning, implementation and documentation of specific Anti-Coagulation clinic patients based on their needs for treatment and education.

Performs nurse driven patient assessments.

Employees in this job must be competent to provide care to the following age groups: young adult 16-30 years, middle age 30 - 60 years, elderly 60+ years.
Qualifications
Education, Credentials, Licenses:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Current license in the state where work is being performed
Anti-Coagulation Certification completion within 6 months of employment
Specialized Knowledge:
Current CPR certification
Basic knowledge of nursing theory procedures and policies
Ability to perform finger stick collections
