RN Crisis Care Per Diem

At Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, we believe every moment counts. We are seeking a compassionate and driven Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Continuous Care team—providing one-on-one support when patients and families need it most. in the Broward County area while providing exceptional care on the following schedule: Per Diem 2 days 7am - 7:30pm and weekend availability.

What you'll Do

 What You'll Need

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.


• BSN preferred


• Hospice certification preferred.


• Current Basic Life Support Certification.


• One year in public health, home nursing care, oncology nursing, medical/surgical nursing, geriatric nursing or Hospice nursing preferred.


• Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management, crisis intervention, communication skills, teaching skills, thanatology skills and needs


• Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
  Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida driver’s license.
