The Role

Youll manage immediate post-op cardiac surgery patients in a high-acuity ICU setting. This includes intensive hemodynamic monitoring, managing complex drips and devices, and working closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and intensivists.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor hemodynamic status and interpret critical changes

Administer vasoactive medications and titrate drips

Provide ventilator management and coordinate extubation readiness

Assist in rapid response and post-surgical emergencies

Support patients and families through the recovery journey

What Youll Bring

Experience Level: Senior-Level

Active RN License (Florida or compact)

Minimum 23 years of ICU or CVICU experience

ACLS/BLS certification (CCRN preferred)

Calm under pressure, collaborative in crisis, and precise in documentation
