Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Unit | Full-Time | Sign-on Bonus Available

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care through comprehensive assessment, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Perform skilled nursing interventions and medication administration
• Mentor and guide support staff while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice implementation

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP as required)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
