12hr Nights, EOW, First to Float
- Unit Transfer Center-Clinical (RN/LVN) **THIS POSITION HAS ZERO HANDS ON PT CARE***
- # cases "12 cases per shift on average- can be working on 10-15 cases at a time
- Can be working with hospitals from all over"
- Required Certifications None- need their license RN, LVN
- Will deal with cases after the intake process doing patient assessments vitals, clinical information (patient report).
- Will find accepting MDs and specialist doctors- have a list of hospitals and services provided and request bed at appropriate facility.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills "MUST have a minimum of 2 years of ICU, ED, or transfer center experience.
- MUST have acute care experience.
- Will take first time travelers.
- MUST have critical care assessment skills, good clinical judgement, be able to follow algorithms
- MUST be professional, have good customer service skills, be able to learn quickly, ability to multitask, be strong in computers- will be utilizing multiple computer applications (Cerner, TeleTracking, Tiger Connect-texting MDs/specialists, all Google apps including multiple chats from within and outside of the hospital)
- MUST have Cerner or EPIC experience
