RN Emergency Room

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Room RN to join our fast-paced and collaborative Emergency Department in Mishawaka, IN. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Accurately monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
• Serve as the primary coordinator between physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders with precision and professionalism.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (Emergency Room experience preferred).
• License/Certification: Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
