RN - Emergency Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care in the Emergency Department following hospital protocols and nursing standards
• Rapidly assess, triage, and treat patients with varying acuity levels
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to implement and evaluate treatment plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Handle emergency situations with a calm, decisive, and effective approach

Required Qualifications:

• Active Nevada RN license
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
• PALS certification within 90 days of hire
• TNCC certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Strong clinical decision-making and critical thinking skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), preferably Epic
