Are you an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity? Come make a difference at our 75-bed regional hospital in Elko, Nevada, where patient care is our passion and purpose. We're seeking dedicated RNs to join our fast-paced 15-bed Emergency Department.
About the Role
As a full-time Emergency Services RN, you'll be a vital part of our collaborative team, working alongside 2-4 other RNs and our physicians. Our diverse patient population ranges from neonates to geriatrics, offering a variety of cases and continuous learning opportunities.
You'll primarily work 12-hour shifts (days, mids, or nights), with some flexibility based on departmental needs. We maintain an excellent 1:5 patient ratio to ensure you can provide high-quality, focused care. Our busy department sees an average of 65 patients per day, totaling approximately 25,000 annually.

Requirements
Qualifications We're Looking For
● Education: Associate of Nursing (ADN) is required.
● Experience: Previous critical care experience is preferred.
● Licensure: A current Nevada Registered Nurse (RN) license is essential.
● Certifications (American Heart Association):
○ BLS (Basic Life Support) within 14 days of hire.
○ ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) within 30 days of hire.
○ PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) within 90 days of hire or transfer.
○ TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) within 6 months of hire or transfer.
