RN Emergency/MedSurg Department (Weekend Package)

Description

Utilize assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in providing comprehensive and competent patient care. Provide effective interaction with patients, family members and staff, and coordinate interdepartmental patient care activities while maintaining nursing standards and policies of the department and GCH.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Current license in the State of Iowa
• Dependent Adult and Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
• Previous experience, preferred
