RN Field Clinical Supervisor For Home Health Agency

Home Health Advantage is an established and growing home healthcare company that has been servicing patients in Chicago Land areas including, South, Southwest, North and Northwest Suburbs of Chicago (McHenry, Winnebago, Boone, Grundy, Kankakee, Lake, Grundy, Kankakee, Kane, Will, DuPage, and Cook Counties) seeking a high-energy, self-initiating, and caring RN field clinical supervisor as a team leader. Your organizational skills and strong understanding of home health, geriatric care, and previous experience in home health will be highly valued and very well compensated. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• The position will be both in office and field facing with travel required to patient homes for onsite visit.


• Responsible with other clinical management team members for the clinical oversight from admission through discharge of patients served. This oversight will include supervision of:


• Care management and personnel management associated with the clinical delivery.


• Orientation and ongoing evaluation of field Nursing team members 


• The assurance of clinical skills and competency of Nursing team members


• Nursing team members development through education and training under the direction of the office clinical leader.

Minimum Requirements:
•   Active IL RN license required.
•    Minimum two years experience as a Home Health Registered Nurse preferred
•    Supervisory experience preferred
•    Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities is required.
•    Possesses outstanding customer service skills.
•    Ability to project manage multiple tasks initiatives being worked on in the office.
•    Self-directed, independent worker.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy is required.
•    Looking for a team player with skills in time management, organization, and customer service.
