We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Trotwood Health & Rehab, LLC. This full-time, day shift position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents in Dayton, OH. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.


• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.


• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes effectively to physicians and interdisciplinary team members.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.


• Document all care provided accurately and timely in patient records.


• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.


• Strong clinical and assessment skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Prior experience in a rehabilitation or long-term care setting preferred.


• CPR certification required or willingness to obtain.
