HireNow Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join a leading healthcare facility in Everett, WA, within their General Medicine unit serving patients with medical-surgical and psychiatric care needs. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs looking to grow in a dynamic, patient-centered environment with full relocation support available.

Position Overview:
As a MedSurg/Psych RN, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to a diverse patient population. You'll be part of an integrated team managing acute medical needs while supporting behavioral health challenges with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, and administer treatments

• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers

• Document all care provided in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements

• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Washington (or eligible to obtain)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in MedSurg, inpatient psych, or acute care preferred

• BLS certification required; ACLS and CPI preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills

• Passion for serving patients with both physical and mental health needs
