Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Unit | Sign-On Bonus Available

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care through accurate assessments, planning, and implementation of individualized care plans
• Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system to maintain precise documentation
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols and safety guidelines
• Provide patient education and support to families throughout the care journey
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
• Mentor and guide support staff while fostering a positive team environment

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
