Description of the role:

As an RN Home Care at University Home Care in Novi, MI, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a home setting. You will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan.


• Prior experience in home care or a similar setting.
