We are currently hiring a Field RN in our Erie County Area!
REGISTERED NURSE (RN) DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides in-field professional supervision and on-the-job training to personal care aides.

Assists with clinical orientation of newly hired paraprofessional staff.

Provides medical oversight for clients in their homes- including but not limited to assessments, obtaining MD orders, monthly contacts and maintaining an appropriate Plan of Care

Maintain current DOH regulations regarding 6-month recertifications and Post Hospital visits.

Job Requirements

NYS licensed and currently registered as a Registered Professional Nurse.

Thorough knowledge of the scope of practice of professional and paraprofessional healthcare.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to speak effectively before customers/patients or employees of the agency.

Excellent organizational writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal or diagram form.

Home Care experience is required.

HHAeXchange software knowledge is a plus but not required.
