• 5 years RN experience


• Great communication, negotiation and public relations skills


• Exceptional skills in marketing, business administration

• Experience Hospice and Home Health 


• Experience in the in-patient acute setting, community setting 
  
  
  

• Will be responsible for networking and visiting with assisted living facilities in and around the Houston area to become their vendor of choice


• Conducts daily marketing activities including collaborating with the Administrator in establishment and implementation of marketing initiatives.


•  Employs marketing and promotional initiatives to achieve budgetary volume projections.


• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with current and potential clients and referral and payer sources.


• Builds and monitors community perceptions of At Your Side Home Care  as a high quality provider of services.


• Contributes to organizations strategic planning including identifying opportunities for additional or improved services to address client needs.


• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge of At Your Side Home Care markets including government agencies, major payer groups, key referral sources, and competitor’s market positioning.


• Maintains comprehensive working knowledge in the field of marketing and shares information with appropriate organization personnel.


• Monitors and reports cost effectiveness of marketing efforts.
