University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated RN Home Health nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in Pontiac, MI and the surrounding areas. This role offers flexible schedules and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives by delivering personalized home health nursing services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.


• Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication management, and patient education.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure patient safety.


• Document all nursing interventions accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory standards.


• Maintain strong communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers to support optimal outcomes.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Michigan.


• Home health nursing experience preferred but not required.


• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel within Pontiac and surrounding areas.
