RN HOSPICE HOUSE NIGHTS

* *$10,000 sign on incentive with Service Agreement for full-time employment - $5,000 paid after 90 days of employment in three monthly installments and $5,000 paid at the completion of the first year as a second year incentive in three monthly installments.*
*Wage rate is determined by education (BSN) and number of years as a licensed RN*
*Essential Functions*
Provide individualized nursing care in accordance with Hospice philosophies and standards; provide education to patients and families; conduct ongoing assessments throughout shift to effectively provide symptom management; count and accurately administer medications. Takes all reasonable precautions to maintain privacy and non-disclosure of any confidential information about patients, other staff members, and the general operations of Columbus Hospice.

*Education and Experience*
Associate's degree from two-year college or technical school, and one-year experience or training.

*Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Vaccines*
Valid Georgia Registered Nurse License

CPR Certification required
Valid Drivers License preferred
Car Insurance per Columbus Hospice policy
Hospice and Palliative Care RN certification preferred

Valid COVID-19 vaccine when required by policy
Influenza vaccine during influenza season required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,500.00 - $76,600.00 per year
