WorkFit Medical Staffing is in search of a dedicated RN House Supervisor to join our esteemed team. As the House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing operations during your shift, ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care and that staffing levels are adequate. You will act as a key liaison between nursing staff, management, and other departments to resolve issues, facilitate communication, and coordinate patient care effectively.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as an RN Supervisor
• Stroke/triage experience
• Strong understanding of nursing operations and hospital protocols.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Experience in staff management and conflict resolution.
