RN House Supervisor | Registered Nurse | Iredell Davis Behavioral Health | FT

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing hospital functions on a designated shift.  He/she confers with the nursing staff, physician and other department personnel as necessary to meet the overall needs of patients.  Informs the hospital administrator on call of any situation that may require attention.  Manages staffing to provide continuity of professional nursing care.

Schedule:  24 hours week one, 36 hours week two = 64 total hours per pay period.

                    0645-0915 every weekend and one shift every other week.  

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• At least two years of nursing experience in an acute care facility.
• Currently licensed in the State of North Carolina by the Board of Nursing or hold a license from a compact State.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• De-Escalation Training (within 30 days).
• BLS Certification upon hire. 

Adheres to the requirements for RN, IDH at all times.
