RN ICU, MICU or Neuro ICU- Sign on Bonus and Relocation Assistance

We are seeking Full Time Registered Nurses to work within an Acute Inpatient Hospital and offering a generous sign-on bonus and additional relocation assistance!! Great opportunity to train into a Critical Care area!!

Position: Registered Nurse RN – ICU, MICU or Neuro ICU available (Will consider Strong Med/Surg experience)

Location: Ocala, FL

Schedule: Full-Time | Days and Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department, and consistent with the scope and standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models such as “Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.” The RN serves as an advocate for patients/families/caregivers and models a commitment to the organization’s vision/mission/values to support an unparalleled patient experience and clinical outcomes that contribute to overall departmental performance.

• Must have at least 1 year of Acute Care RN experience (within the last 3 years), prefer higher level acuity than Med/Surg, but will consider strong Med/Surg candidates.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
