Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Unit | Sign-on Bonus Available

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments using advanced EMR systems
• Provide patient and family education regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Monitor and document patient progress while maintaining accurate medical records
• Coordinate care transitions and discharge planning
• Mentor and support nursing support staff

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with electronic medical records systems
