Are you ready to build your career by joining a healthcare provider? If so, our client is hiring a RN Joint & Spine Center/Musculoskeleta (Nights)!

What You'll Do:

• The orthopedic/neurosurgery unit is a fast-paced, 58-bed unit consisting of all private rooms.
• State-of-the art technology including the Navicare Nurse Call system, in room computing, patient information and precaution monitors as well as texting communication.
• The unit primarily provides specialized care for patients undergoing orthopedic/neurosurgical procedures including total joint replacements, fracture repairs, spinal surgeries, craniotomies and intracranial hemorrhage patients.
• May also receive medical/surgical overflow.
• Experience of caring for the diverse patient population on this unit provides staff with a solid clinical foundation in medical surgical nursing.

What You Bring:
Required Skills & Experience:

• Required experience: 2 years M/S.
• Demonstrates the knowledge, abilities, and skills to provide age and culturally specific patient care and education.
• Effectively communicates with peers, utilizes appropriate channels of communication and maintains absolute confidentiality.
• Maintains competence and demonstrates evidence of continuing professional growth.
• Demonstrates the ability to accept and implement change and the ability to work in a culturally diverse setting.
• Required Education: Diploma of Nursing.
• Preferred Education: BSN.
• Required Certifications & Licensure:
  • Ohio RN License or Compact.
  • BLS (American Heart Assoc.)
• Certifications & Licenses:
  • BLS
  • RN
  • RN License

• Required:
  • Patient Care
• Schedule: Hours Per Week: 36.00 Hours Per Day: 12.00 Days Per Week: 3.00
• Nights and every third weekend.
