RN - Labor and Delivery

WorkFit Medical Staffing is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Labor and Delivery unit. This position involves providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns during the labor process, ensuring the highest standards of medical attention and support. As an RN in Labor and Delivery, you will work closely with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals to offer compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

This is a travel position in Rochester, NY with a 13 or 17 week assignment working 4x12 hour rotating shifts. If you have the experience and are interested in this position, please submit your resume!

• Valid RN license in New York State
• Minimum of one year of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Neonatal Resuscitation
• AWHONN certification and fetal heart monitoring experience preferred
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays if necessary
• Current physical exam and TB screening within the last year
