Requirements:

  Current Oregon RN license

  
  


• 
  

  1+ year nursing experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in memory care, LTC, or geriatric nursing a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Current BLS certification

  
  


• 
  

  COVID vaccinated, recent PPD or chest X-ray

  
  


• 
  

  Clear background & drug screening

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation & smartphone
