RN / LPN Triage Nurse - Hybrid

We are seeking a full-time experienced RN or LPN to join our nursing team. This is a Monday – Friday position. Please note that this is a HYBRID position. Candidates must be able to work remotely one day per week and be physically present in the office four days per week. 

The successful candidate will ensure that communication with each patient caller is handled professionally, compassionately, and accurately. When appropriate, the caller’s symptoms will be assessed and triaged according to established DMC nursing processes and approved guidelines to determine the appropriate level of care and/or self-care advice. In addition, the Triage Nurse will support the nursing team by assisting in management of patient messages and communicating necessary information to both patients and providers.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited RN or LPN position (required).
• 1-3 years of outpatient primary care, or triage nursing experience (preferred)
• NH State licensure as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (required).
• BLS Certification (required).
