RN Manager - Behavioral Health - Natick, MA

Avant Tech is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead a hospital-based behavioral health unit in Natick, MA. This role is ideal for a nurse leader with strong acute care experience and a passion for advancing mental health services.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the behavioral health nursing team
• Supervise, coach, and schedule nursing staff
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and hospital leadership to support integrated care
• Monitor patient safety, staffing, and resource needs

• Conduct performance evaluations and staff development initiatives
  

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN required)
• 2+ years of progressive management experience in a hospital setting
• Prior experience in acute care and behavioral health strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
