Lead With Purpose

As our Inpatient Manager, you'll partner directly with our CNO to create an environment where clinical excellence meets operational innovation. This isn't about maintaining the status quo – it's about defining it.

Clinical & Leadership Requirements

• Strong clinical foundation with 2+ years of hospital nursing experience (Med/Surg, ICU, or ED preferred)
• Leadership capability demonstrated through 2+ years in supervisory roles
• Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited institution 
• Current RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in:
  • Clinical assessment and critical thinking
  • Management of multiple patient assignments
  • Medication administration and documentation
  • IV therapy and wound care management
  • EHR systems and healthcare technology
  • Staff scheduling and resource allocation
  • Regulatory compliance (TJC, CMS, state requirements)
  • Quality improvement methodologies
• Experience with budget management and expense control
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
