RN - Med Surg

Talent Consultants is actively seeking a skilled and motivated Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's dynamic healthcare team. The Med Surg RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures and those with medical conditions requiring hospitalization. Your role will involve performing patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patients’ progress post-surgery.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making critical decisions and providing support to both patients and their families. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative setting, enhancing patient care and outcomes in a Med Surg unit.

• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Med Surg nursing role.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to prioritize patient needs and manage multiple responsibilities in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and other healthcare technologies.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
