The Role

You'll provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients in a medical-surgical settingmonitoring vital signs, managing chemotherapy regimens, supporting recovery, and educating patients and families on treatment plans and expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer chemotherapy and monitor for side effects

Collaborate with oncology teams and case managers

Track lab results, assess changes in condition, and escalate as needed

Support patients and families through education and emotional care

Maintain documentation in line with cancer center standards

What Youl'l Bring

Experience Level: Mid-Level

Active RN License (Florida or compact)

1-2 years of experience in oncology or med-surg required

ONS Chemotherapy certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

Strong communication and emotional intelligence skills
