Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical Unit | Sign-on Bonus Available

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care through evidence-based nursing practices
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC EMR system to maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Serve as a patient advocate and provide education to patients and families
• Mentor and support nursing assistants and other support staff

Required Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills
