Position Details

• Shift: Friday-Sunday, 17:45 06:15 (3 x 12-hour shifts)
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, implement and monitor individualized care plans.
• Accurately monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and effectively.
• Assess, plan, and facilitate safe patient discharges with the care team.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills.
• Traveler RN experience preferred.
