What You'll Do:

As an RN in our Medical Surgical Inpatient Care unit, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor, assess, and evaluate patient conditions, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Educate patients and their families on post-hospital care and recovery.

Must-Haves:

• Education: Associate of Science Degree in Nursing (ASN).
• Licensure: Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse license.
• Certifications:
  • Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • ACLS certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience: Three years of current critical care RN experience.
• Certifications: CMSRN certification (or ability to obtain within 2 years of hire).
