Core Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages using evidence-based practices
• Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and accuracy
• Document patient care using EPIC electronic medical records system
• Serve as a patient advocate and provide education to patients and families
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required)
• Strong proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Excellence in clinical decision-making and critical thinking
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
