Core Responsibilities:

• Utilize EPIC EMR system for accurate documentation and care coordination
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols
• Serve as patient advocate and provide education to patients and families
• Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility for licensure required
• BSN from an accredited nursing program preferred
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP as needed
• EPIC EMR experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
