• Perform medication administration and treatments following established protocols
• Lead patient education initiatives and family support services
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed
• Mentor and guide support staff while fostering a positive team environment

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
• Current Virginia RN license or eligibility to obtain
• Current BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications may be required)
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
