Required Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire.
National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
1 year Nursing experience.

About the Team
Providence has been serving the Inland Northwest since 1886 when Mother Joseph and the Sisters of Providence founded Sacred Heart Medical Center. Today, Providence is the largest health care provider in Washington located in communities large and small across the state. In eastern Washington, Providence provides care throughout Spokane, Stevens and Walla Walla counties.

Pay Range:

$40.13

- $74.20
The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

What is your favorite part about your team?
So I feel so lucky to work with my amazing team in the emergency department. Every single person has your back. That's the doctors, that's your fellow nurses, the techs, the leaders, the management. Everybody has each other's back. You may not be best friends outside of work, but there's not a single person who would not help anybody in need out there on the floor, and that's really what you need to have a successful department and make people want to work there long term. And we've got people who come in and work here, and they say, "I want to retire from here," and we've have travel nurses who have come and worked with us and said, "Are you hiring? Because this is an amazing team, and I want to be there with them. This is where I want to land and stay." And I think that's really what you need in a high-stress environment like the ER or really any acute care setting, and that's what you have here, and it's just a great team.
