Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Injector to join our team at Aeterna Aesthetics as we continue to grow! The Nurse Injector will be responsible for providing a variety of aesthetic treatments to clients, including injectables, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures. The ideal candidate should have a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, as well as meeting Aeterna's high standard of exceptional customer service. Also, must be comfortable learning all products and developing methods to sell services to customers to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultations and perform aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables, would also prefer candidate to have microneedling experience.
• Sell product and services across Aeterna's portfolio and have monthly sale targets.
• Relentlessly pursue own base of customers and develop loyal patients who want to return to book with you due to your interpersonal relationships and results driven treatments.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans for 3–12-months, and manage patient expectations.
• Ensure that all treatments are performed in accordance with established protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Client management, including following up with patient, re-booking follow-ups and working front desk functions when necessary.
• Self-promotion across all social media pages with collaboration with Aeterna's social media campaigns.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure that all documentation is complete and up to date.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up to date on the latest techniques and industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, including answering questions, addressing concerns, and making appropriate referrals.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license and current certification as an Injector
• Experience as a Nurse Injector in a med spa or aesthetic clinic setting.
• Experience with creating aesthetic treatment plans, with a proven track record of successfully meeting set sales metrics.
• Motivated by building relationships with clients and want to be personally vested in their aesthetic journey.
• Expert at self-promotion, social media management to promote Aeterna and your own work.
• Competitively motivated to achieve sales targets.
• Expertise in administering Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables.
• Knowledge of non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including laser treatments and skin rejuvenation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and independently as needed.

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour
